Volunteers come from all walks of life. Some like sitting at Gates and directing traffic in, others driving the carts and helping people get to wear they are going. Trolling people, Sanitation (picking up the trash or filling the port-a-potties with toilet paper. Everything a body needs to ensure that the War continues to run.
One of the ways that we try to encourage/bribe/conjole people into helping is our Above and Beyond Table, plus the Volunteer Point Prize Drawing (formerly Volunteer Rafle).
Each and every year, we graciously accept donations from both the Populace and Merchants for this. In an effort to try and encourage even more participation. We will be highlighting some of the Prizes that will be at the Prize Drawing on Saturday.
Numerous merchants have donated items to Volunteer Point’s prize drawing on Saturday. Each ticket earned through volunteer hours is an entry into the drawing on Saturday. You must be present or have a proxy to claim a prize.
