Gulf Wars has some of the finest merchants in the SCA. Here's the pdf with the rules and application. Merchant applications must be postmarked by Nov 14, 2009 and received by Nov 24, 2009. Applications mailed after Nov 14,2009 will incur a $25 late fee. Applications received after Nov 24, 2009 may be accepted but will miss the opportunity to be on the map and listed in the site booklet. Site fees and merchant fees are two different things, but merchants do both. Please send me only the merchant application and fees.
